Shop Bought Items

After purchase, you have up to 14 days in which to return your order. Unfortunately, if 14 days have since passed, then sadly, I won’t be able to offer you a refund.

Before making a return please contact me so that I can help resolve any issues that you may be having and to ensure that it is returned to the correct place. In order to complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the original packaging has been discarded the customer is responsible for the obtaining of Glassine paper and the proper packaging, no Glassine substitutes are accepted.

Upon the Sellers receiving of the returned product, a partial refund will be issued excluding the delivery cost. In the event the product returns to the seller either lost or damaged, the customer will not be eligible for a refund. It is therefore highly recommended for the customer to insure the package being returned.

Physical Commissioned Items

Due to the time-consuming nature of creating artwork, no refunds will be permitted once the artwork has been started, including any deposit payments. An image of the final piece will be sent prior to shipping for any final small adjustments, this does not include digital work.
