Terms of service.

The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Rhiannon Piper and RPA Studio, ordered from Rhiannon Piper, RPA Studio website at www.rhiannonpiper.com. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Rhiannon Piper at RPA Studio reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice.

Orders and Prices

RPA Studio uses PayPal as its online purchasing system.

All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and are subject to VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.

All prices may be subject to change.

When ordering online you will also receive an email receipt to confirm your order had been received. Should you not receive an email please contact Rhiannon Piper by email at info@rhiannonpiper.com

If you are shopping from outside the UK, please contact the gallery directly at info@rhiannonpiper.com to place your order as terms and conditions, shipping prices and delivery times will differ to those stated on our website.

All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, you will be informed and refunded for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.

Delivery

All delivery times quoted on the website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times.

Goods ordered from the online shop will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.

Delivery Fees will vary on the Good purchased based on weight in order to accurately calculate shipping fees.

Goods ordered via commission email will be delivered to the address given upon payment.

If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods (UK). The Seller cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.

A signature will be required on delivery, at the delivery address for any order and will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.

Once the art work is considered delivered, responsibility for the work, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.

If the seller is unable to post your order within 30 days of purchase, the gallery will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund.

The seller is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. The seller is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.

No responsibility will be accepted for delays in commission or delivery cause by facts outwit the reasonable control or foreseeable expectation of RPA Studios inclusive of any government and regulatory intervention associated with pandemics or similar.

International orders may be entitled to customs/import fees, this will not be the responsibility of the seller and is up to the buyer to pay these fees.

Physical Commissions

Payment will be due as agreed between the Seller and the Buyer. The artwork will be started on receipt of deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.

Postage costs are calculated for each piece relative to the size, weight and price of the artwork. This will be discussed between the Seller and the Buyer and added to the overall price for the commission before acceptance of a deposit.

All deposits for commissioned pieces will be 30% of the final agreed price, which will be paid before commencement.

Reference imagery used for a commission provided by the Buyer must be good quality/high resolution (deemed to be good enough by the Seller). This will be discussed at the beginning stages of the commission.

The Seller will send an initial plan of the artwork for the Buyer’s approval. Once approval is received, alterations to the layout and overall basic design cannot be altered without incurring additional costs. Smaller changes can be made within reason. The Seller will give multiple opportunities to provide feedback through the receipt of regular progress photos, which will be sent throughout the process by the Seller to the Buyer.

Due to the time-consuming nature of creating artwork, no refunds will be permitted once the artwork has been started, including any deposit payments. An image of the final piece will be sent prior to shipping for any final small adjustments, this does not include digital work.

Digital Commissions

Payment will be due as agreed between the Seller and the Buyer. The artwork will be started on receipt of deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.

All deposits for commissioned pieces will be 30% of the final agreed price, which will be paid before commencement.

The Seller will send an initial plan/outline of the artwork, along with a colour palette, for the Buyer’s approval. Once approval is received, alterations to the layout and overall basic design cannot be altered without incurring additional costs. Smaller changes can be made within reason.

Payment

Rhiannon Piper and RPA Studio are not responsible for any unauthorized access to information supplied by you.

Postage and packaging

-Domestic

All shop bought pieces under the dimensions 60cm x 45 cm will be sent through RoyalMail courier services Tracked 48 with signature.

All commissioned pieces under the dimensions 60cm x 45 cm will be sent through RoyalMail courier services Tracked 48 with signature.

- International

International shipping is subject to change due to location and size of the piece. Please email before purchasing to discuss shipping cost.

Additional customs fees are the responsibility of the Buyer, not Seller.

Ownership and Copyright

Once an art work is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an art work to any third party including the internet for any purpose. The Copyright Act 1988 is effective throughout the commission process including all material distributed as part of the consultation, design review of works up to and including the final piece as such Copyright belongs to the artist Rhiannon piper/RPA Studios. Images of sold paintings may still be used by the Seller for any future use including but not limited to advertising, books and other publications, social media and other web based use.

You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without Rhiannon Piper or RPA Studio prior written consent.
